Yes. The winner is selected before the animation with the browser’s cryptographically secure random function. The wheel then lands on that entry.
Yes. Elimination mode automatically removes each winner until you reset removed entries.
Add a vertical bar and a weight after a name, for example “Alex | 3”. Alex then has three times the chance of an entry with weight 1.
Processing stays in your browser. Data is saved permanently only when you choose “Save locally”. A shared link contains the list in its URL fragment.
